He regularly assists clients in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements, conducting legal due diligence, advising on corporate governance, and supporting transactional matters. His approach combines technical legal analysis with commercial practicality, enabling businesses to make informed decisions while minimizing legal and operational risks.
